What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is available from 3 PM onwards, and check-out is by 11 AM.
Are all rooms unique, and can I request a specific type?
Yes, each of our 51 rooms is uniquely designed, featuring curated artwork and bespoke furnishings. Our team can assist you in selecting a room that best suits your preferences.
Do you offer special packages or promotions?

Is parking available at the hotel?
Parking is available at the Green P lot located at 45 Abell St., just half a block south of the hotel. Rates are $1.00 per half hour or $12.00 for a 12-hour period.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 72 hours before 3 PM on the day prior to your arrival date.
Are pets allowed in the hotel rooms?
We’re pet-friendly! Pets are welcome in select hotel rooms and in all of our patio spaces.
Is the hotel accessible for guests with mobility challenges?
Yes, our Modern Wing rooms are accessible by elevator. Please note that rooms in the Classic Wing are accessible by stairs.
